Life expectancy depends on the lamp models.   Our regular lamp models are equipped with a Li-PO Rechargeable Battery (1350mah). These typically have a life expectancy of 500 charges or roughly 1-2 years depending on usage.   Our premium lamps will be equipped with our NEW Li-FePO4 Rechargeable Battery. These typically have a life expectancy of 2,000+ charges or roughly 5+ years depending on usage.   Please note; lithium batteries like to be charged. Prolonged inactivity or operating in high temperature, may impair performance and shorten the battery life.  - **Q: My charging pad is faulty, what do I do?** A: We are sorry to hear you are experiencing a fault with your charging equipment. Please complete our troubleshooting feedback form here. - **Q: Is my cordless lamp covered by a warranty?** A: VOOSEI warrants all products sold to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year. From the date of purchase, Table lamp shall repair or replace any part which is found to be defective within the warranty period. This warranty does not include consumables such as battery packs or light sources (bulbs). Our battery manufacturers warrant their batteries to be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal use and service conditions for a period of one (1) year after the date of purchase. - **Q: I accidentally damaged my cordless lamp, can I have it repaired?** A: Yes, we can service and repair some cosmetic or component damage. If we are unable to offer a repair, you will be informed to purchase a new replacement lamp. Please contact our customer support team or one of our distributors for more information.
