With a leadership style that blends strategic vision and human-centered mentorship, Irsabel played a pivotal role in scaling the company’s operations, previously serving as Chief Operating Officer during a transformative phase of growth.

Today, she leads the charge in expanding VOOSEI’s design capabilities, developing innovative lamp finishes and customized lighting solutions, while strengthening a responsive and resilient supply chain. Her focus on both organic expansion and strategic partnerships continues to position VOOSEI as a force in the global lighting industry—while supporting local economic development with purpose and care.

As Business Executive, Bobby’s mission is to elevate VOOSEI’s table lamp business, driving value for clients, employees, and the local community. He champions sustainable production and innovative designs for table lamps, ensuring they reflect both quality and environmental responsibility. Bobby has proven himself as a dynamic and accomplished leader, having served as chief operating officer in 2018 and spearheading the expansion of VOOSEI’s table lamp operations in Changzhou, Jiangsu, China.

Before this, Bobby was a dedicated leader and approachable mentor to the VOOSEI team. Currently, he is pioneering new table lamp aesthetics and functional enhancements, strengthening supply chains to better serve clients, and fostering regional economic growth through strategic organic and acquisition-driven initiatives.
