Product Warranty

YOU'RE COVERED FOR A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS

We give you complete peace of mind with our one (1) year warranty. If your item is faulty, simply contact us within 1 years of the date of purchase and we’ll replace it or offer a reasonable alternative. We don't usually ask for an item to be sent back to us, as we can usually diagnose any issue straight away.

In keeping with our aim of providing exemplary customer service, we’re proud to offer a 1 year guarantee for all purchases from VOOSEI.
Any non-perishable product you purchase from us is covered for any fault that may develop in the 12 months following purchase.
VOOSEI reserves the right to remove this guarantee at any time. If goods returned to INSIGHT are beyond repair and are not covered by our guarantee, we will notify you to collect or recycle the product yourselves.

Our Warranty Covers

✔ Your product against faults stemming from what we call 'defects in materials and workmanship'.
✔ All faults / defects covered for 12 months.
✔ You usually don't have to return a faulty /defective item.
✔ All claims are limited to the repair or the replacement of the products only and do not include transportation charges.

OUR WARRANTY DOESN'T COVER:

✘ The warranty shall not apply where such repair or parts replacement is required because of accident, neglect or misuse, or where equipment is modified, installed or repaired otherwise than in accordance with VOOSEI's maintenance and servicing instructions, or where any component or accessory not supplied by VOOSEI is attached.
✘ This warranty does not include consumables such as battery packs or light sources (bulbs). Our battery manufacturers warrant their batteries to be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal use and service conditions for a period of one (1) year after the original date of purchase.
✘ This warranty does not warrant the effective life (length of service) of the battery since the effective life of a battery is primarily determined by the usage patterns and the care taken over the battery’s lifetime.
